Transportes Heitor & Carlos, Lda. – THC was founded in December 1998, with 100% national capital, and is located in Arruda dos Vinhos, Maia, and Seixal.

Dedicated to the transport of goods by road in Portugal and Europe, its services include logistical support to integrated distribution chain activities.

We are based in Arruda dos Vinhos and have facilities in Maia and Seixal.

In November 1999, we founded Cotraf, Lda., for the specialized transport of refrigerated products.

Food safety in transport is decisive to the state of integrity and quality of the final product, and Cotraf has the means to comply with the increasingly high level of demand by the final consumer, in order to guarantee quality and safety in the final result.

As Cotraf is an integral part of this chain, it assumes a daily commitment to carrying out the transport and distribution of the products of its clients in compliance with all the hygiene and food safety requirements, to prevent contamination and spoilage.

We have a team of qualified professionals in the area of transport, with continuous training, who are able to provide a global solution to our clients’ needs.

We invest in information technologies as a support for all the commercial activity and logistics of the company. We aim to offer our clients a quick, precise response, with quality service.

To achieve sustained growth, THC pursues a business strategy in the medium/long term, promoting the importance of the ability to respond to service requests and the quality of the transport service, relying on production efficiency, quality, and image.
